1. SPONSOR
This promotion (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Silvermine Group LLC., d/b/a eForm2290.com, 1230 Rosecrans Ave, Suite 300, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
3. ENTRY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PT on June 24, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on July 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER
You will be automatically entered into the Giveaway when you successfully file and pay for your IRS Form 2290 through eForm2290.com during the Entry Period.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE):
To enter without making a purchase, send a 3” x 5” card with your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the phrase “eForm2290 Captain’s Seat Giveaway Entry” to:

Must be postmarked by July 31, 2025, and received by August 5, 2025.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive one (1) premium truck captain’s seat, selected by Sponsor, with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $3,000. Prize includes shipping within the United States. No cash or other substitution permitted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS
One winner will be selected by random drawing on or about August 10, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) business days of drawing. Winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human error.
9. RELEASE
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising out of participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance or use of the prize.
10. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, winner agrees that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or notice.
11. PRIVACY
