UCR Filing Service – Terms and Conditions
Definition of Pre-Filing
A "Pre-Filed" UCR submission refers to a completed form containing all required information, securely stored by Truckopedia in preparation for filing with the FMCSA.Important Disclaimer
A Pre-Filed form does not constitute a finalized or renewed UCR filing. Renewal is only complete once all applicable UCR fees are successfully paid and processed through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).Payment Method Selection
Customers must select their preferred payment method—ACH (bank draft) or Voucher—by October 7, 2025. If no selection is made by this date, Voucher will be automatically chosen as the default payment method for the associated UCR fees.FMCSA Submission Timeline
Truckopedia will submit all Pre-Filed UCR forms to the FMCSA on or around October 25, 2025, provided that the FMCSA portal begins accepting submissions on or after October 1, 2025.Edits and Changes
Customers may request changes to their Pre-Filed UCR information until September 30, 2025. To request changes, contact our support team at: support@ucr.truckopedia.com, 1-(855) 222-4142Non-Refundable Service Fees
Truckopedia’s service fees for UCR Pre-Filing are non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer completes the final UCR payment through FMCSA.Responsibility for UCR Fee PaymentCustomers are solely responsible for paying their official UCR registration fees through the selected payment method. Truckopedia does not collect, hold, or transfer UCR registration fees on behalf of the FMCSA.
